Value of gift card: As per value purchased and reflected in email address of recipient.

Purchase of Digital Gift Cards:

Purchase of Digital Gift Cards is available online at www.hananamada.com only.

At the point of online checkout for the purchase of the Digital Gift Card, customer is required to key in the email address where the Digital Gift Card is to be sent to (recipient)

The Digital Gift Card (in its unique code) will be sent to the email address provided.

Promo codes and existing issued Digital Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of new Digital Gift Cards.

The Digital Gift Card is non-transferrable.

The purchase of Digital Gift Card is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash in all circumstances, including where the wrong email address is keyed in.

Any request to a change to the email address is subject to Hanan Amada sole and absolute discretion.

Use of Digital Gift Cards:

Each Digital Gift Card is valid for one-time use on www.hananamada.com or in-store

Only 1 Digital Gift Card can be used per transaction, with no minimum spend amount required

To redeem the Digital Gift Card, enter the unique code of your Digital Gift Card in the “Gift Card / Code” field at check-out.

Once the Digital Gift Card is redeemed:

(a) any unused balance will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other goods/ items;

(b) there will be no refund of the Digital Gift Card even if the purchase transaction (in which the Digital Gift Card was used) is cancelled or refunded.

A Digital Gift Card is valid for Six (6) months from the date of purchase. Refer to the email with the Digital Gift Card unique code for the relevant Digital Gift Card’s validity period. There will be no extension of the validity period.

Digital Gift Card must be redeemed within the validity period; unused Gift Cards beyond this validity period will not be refunded or exchanged for cash, credit or other goods/ items.

After the Digital Gift Card expires, the stored value of such expired Digital Gift Card shall be forfeited and Hanan Amada have the right to deal with such expired stored value in any manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion.

The stored value of the Digital Gift Card (or any part thereof, including any un-utilised portion) (i) is not refundable in any currency; (ii) cannot be withdrawn in exchange for any currency; and (iii) cannot be exchanged for any form of cash or credit.
